Sri. C. JAGAPATI RAO
Group Chairman
Sri Chitturi Jagapati Rao is a visionary and one of the pioneers who established the poultry industry in India. His dynamism and able stewardship have resulted in a steady increase in the group’s turnover and profitability consistently since 1965. Born and raised in a farmers’ family in the village Kulla of East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh, his farsightedness on the evolution of the poultry Industry bears testimony to the fact that he has envisioned a great future for India many decades ago.
Sri Jagapati Rao is on the board of the company as Chairman of Srinivasa Farms. He was instrumental in setting up the National Egg Co-ordination Committee (NECC) and served the committee in various capacities. He was associated with multiple poultry groups as a mentor and was consulted for his rich experience as a pioneer in the Industry. Sri Jagapati Rao is also a member of the International Egg Commission (IEC) based in the UK.

Vice Chairman & Managing Director
Under his stewardship, overlapping operations in group companies were streamlined into a synergised whole, over 21 years of his leadership at Srinivasa Group, revenue and profits have grown significantly.
Chairman of International Egg Commission (IEC). Former Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), AP State Council (for 2 terms 2014 -2016). He has the distinction of successfully completing ‘The President’s Programme in Leadership’from Harvard Business School. His experience of being part of the Group with wide ranging interests and strong analytical, strategic and networking skills gives him the wherewithal and drive to pursue new opportunities of expanding the Group’s activities to challenging and profitable business areas.
Suresh Rayudu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, India, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School, Emory University, Atlanta, U.S.A.
GANESH UPPALA
Executive Director
Ganesh Uppala was made Executive Director of the company in March, 2023. With over 3 decades of rich experience in the poultry industry, Ganesh possesses a deep understanding of market dynamics and emerging poultry trends. He has the knack of identifying growth opportunities and the ability for translating them into actionable plans. By fostering collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including board members, staff, and external partners, he ensures alignment with organizational goals by driving cross-functional synergy.
He is passionate about nurturing operational excellence and maximizing organizational performance. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in feed and soya business, he excels at optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and leading high-performing teams. His strong business acumen and analytical mindset enabled him to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth, resulting in sustained success in poultry farming, chicken processing, and retail activities of the company.
Ganesh is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and an extremely passionate leader.
DR. K. SOMI REDDY
Director
Dr. K. Somi Reddy is the co-founder and Director of Srinivasa farms. He is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, essentially overseeing the core functions and responsibilities of both poultry operations and administration.
He is also an Executive Committee Member of National Egg Coordination Committee, Pune, working for the welfare of poultry farmers. He is remarkable for his characteristic profile notwithstanding his valuable insight into the production and marketing aspects of poultry. He is the initiator of commercial poultry farming in coastal Andhra Pradesh. He holds a Master’s Degree (gold medallist) in Veterinary Science from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University, Hyderabad.
He is a distinction holder of Post Graduate Diploma in Animal Welfare (PGDAW) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi
DR. T. KRISHNA REDDY
Director
Dr. T. Krishna Reddy excels in Practical Poultry Nutrition and is passionate about educating and persuading poultry farmers to adopt cost saving feed formulations and technologies to minimize cost of production of eggs and broilers.
He is responsible for Technical Services to farmers. He guides the farmers in project planning, preparation of project reports, economical feed formulations, etc. Because of this guidance from the company, poultry farming has improved significantly and is home to some of the best-quality and least-cost producers of eggs in the country, in spite of the hot and humid climate of the regions.
Dr Krishna Reddy holds a Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science from A.P. Agricultural University and a Doctorate from Kansas State University, USA.
Smt. VANITHA DATLA
Director
Smt. Vanita Datla has rich and varied business experience in diverse sectors including manufacture of Analytical Instruments & Healthcare BPO/KPO NBFCs, Cement, Power, Security Printing.
Presently she is the Vice-Chairperson & CFO of Elico Limited, a 58 year old Company which is a pioneer in the Analytical Instruments Industry and is the Managing Director of Elico Health Care Services Limited, a Service Provider to the Healthcare Industry in countries such as USA, UK and Middle East.
Smt. Vanitha Datla is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) & holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Administration from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
VIVEK BHARGAVA
Director
Vivek Bhargava is the founder and chief executive officer of XPS Analytics Private Limited, a business research, analytics and corporate advisory services firm with operations in India and USA. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has worked with senior management of global organizations as well as start-up’s and SME’s. His role has spanned from being an analyst, investment banker, strategic advisor to mentor.
His experience spans the information technology, media, financial services and consulting domains. He focuses on the corporate advisory business that helps clients with strategy formulation, mergers and acquisitions, financing and strategic alliances. He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) program from Institute for Technology and Management, Mumbai. He has completed advance programs in information technology from NIIT and Baan Institute, and an advance program in finance from Indian School of Business (ISB).
