SRINIVASA AT A GLANCE

1965

Laid the foundation for evolution of Poultry farming into the organized sector. First poultry player with 6,000-layer birds

1971

Co-founded Venkateshwara Hatcheries (VH Group with Dr. BV Rao)

1983

Established layer and broiler breeding business under Srinivasa Hatcheries.
Ventured into feed business, which now contributes a significant chunk of the revenue.

2012

Acquired the soya plant & Initiated broiler integration via contract farming

2018

Exclusive partnership with Hy-Line International for layer chick distribution in India.
Commenced CPP in Telangana with 1000 birds per hour capacity.
Exited from VH grzoup

2019

IFC acquired ~9% stake in the company Launched value-added products like processed chicken and liquid egg Initiated exports to neighboring countries

2020

Company introduced India-specific genetics in the layer business (W-80 India) having optimum egg size & producing more number of eggs per lifecycle of the bird

2023

Achieved INR 1000 Cr revenue milestone & Increased chicken processing capacity to 2000 birds per hour

2025

Celebrating 60 years of legacy, we launch Hello Enriched Brown Eggs D3 & DHA to build a Healthy Bharat.
