Mahesh brings with him 28+ years of work experience in in the field of Agrochemicals, Sales and distribution, Feeds Manufacturing, Poultry Business Management including Layers, Contract Farming, Breeding, Chicks Sales and distribution, with a proven track record for excellence and dynamic leadership in many organisations. He has successfully executed key positions of diverse nature and capacities during his career and has effectively handled operational and strategic responsibilities, including managing profit center operations, corporate planning, sales, and business development. He is adept with setting up new verticals in poultry business, dealing with industry issues, industry related legal disputes with various States and Central Government. Mahesh is an IIM-A graduate from 1991.
Director & CEO of Feed Business. He has been on the board of the company since May, 1993. He is also the CEO of the feed plant of Srinivasa Farms. He holds a Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science from A.P. Agricultural University, and a Doctorate from Kansas State University, USA. He is responsible for Technical Services to farmers and guides them in project planning and reports, poultry nutrition, economical feed formulations, etc.
Director Finance of Srinivasa Farms. He has over thirty years of experience in both strategic as well as operational aspects of management. Has been associated with the company for the last 25 years and in his current leadership role is responsible for Finance, Accounts, Legal, Taxation and Asset Management. Ganesh is a Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Sridhar Adabala is the director in SH Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. and SH Proteins Pvt. Ltd., group companies of Srinivasa Farms. He heads special projects at Srinivasa and brings with him 24 years of rich experience in project operations- providing financial control and ensuring project quality. Over the last 18 years, he has provided leadership in the fields of Breeder farms, Food retail), IT Infrastructure management and construction management. Sridhar has extensive exposure to engineering, sales and marketing, CRM, legal, as well as project regulation and compliance matters. He has an MBA finance.
Chief Operating Officer of Mega Food Park Project. Gopalakrishnan comes with an overall work experience of 36 years in the field of operations and projects. During the course of his career he has been involved in setting up plants for edible oil, consumer durables, Infrastructure-power etc. He is a mechanical engineering graduate from university of Delhi. His experience includes execution of strategy and ongoing operations, high-level strategy front-end-centre while understanding the details of day to day execution to ensure business needs are met, cost optimisation in many projects, setting up manufacturing facilities, EPC of power projects, handling difficult clients, relationship with govt authorities and managing teams.
