mr.SURESH CHITTURI

As the Vice Chairman & MD. Suresh leads Srinivasa Farms, a dominant force in the Indian Poultry Industry. After assuming leadership, Suresh has steered Srinivasa to achieve sustainably high growth through expansion and diversification. Srinivasa is involved in Chicken Breeding, Chicken & Egg Processing, Feed Manufacturing, and also Soya Oil Extraction and Processing. His work has led to the company being recognised for always doing what is best for the individual farmers, industry, and the country. Adopting a farmer’s first philosophy, he is passionate about ensuring that the poultry industry is healthy and sustainable through the adoption of the latest technologies, good rearing practices, and the welfare of the livestock.

Suresh is also involved at a global level and is engaged in advocacy for the poultry industry, Internationally as  President of the International Egg Commission (IEC) & Chairman for the Indian American International Chamber of Commerce (IAICC) Hyderabad Chapter. Suresh is a Computer Science Engineer and holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School, Emory University, USA.

SMT.Jahnavi Chitturi

As Whole-Time Director of Srinivasa Farms, Jahnavi Chitturi is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for transforming the nutrition business.

Her interest areas include empowering, fostering entrepreneurship and women leadership.

She co-founded Women Power Foods Pvt Ltd, a premium meat retail chain, catering fresh meat products to the quality and health-conscious customers.

Jahnavi is a Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Commerce from Maris Stella College, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

MR. MALLIKARJUN KOTA

Executive Director, he has over four decades of extensive corporate banking experience, having held significant positions in both Indian and multinational banks across India and foreign countries.

Mr. Kota served as Advisor to the Board and Executive Committee, MD & CEO for the Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait, India. He was honoured with Excellence in Leadership as CEO for BBK globally in 2021.

He was Chairman of the MANCOM, HR, Audit & Risk Committees.

Mr. Mallikarjun is also a regular speaker at various financial and economy forums.

Mr. K.S Venugopal

As CEO, Venu will drive execution of strategic plans, guide teams to service excellence, oversee financial, commercial and production obligations. He will be spearheading India operations encompassing Layers, Broilers, Integration and Feed.

Venu has worked in GCMMF, ITC, Parrys Confectionery, Airtel and Reliance over the past 34 years in a spectrum of roles spanning various industries and sectors – Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Consulting and Services. He has handled many Senior roles and very large teams across functions including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and Strategy.

Venu is a professional CEO with experience in building organizations from scratch, scaling up, turning around businesses, managing large teams, enhancing team competencies, driving operations with full P&L accountability and providing operational, strategic and tactical leadership for sustained profitability and market share and mentoring senior leadership roles for over 17 years. He has been a part of the Senior Management Team at Reliance Industries and has been associated with building all their growth businesses spanning Telecom, Retail, and E-Commerce, over the past two decades.

A Management graduate from IRMA, Venugopal is also a post-graduate in Econometrics from the Central University of Hyderabad. He has been a gold medallist and University ranker all through. He has also done quite a few Senior level Executive Programs in Singapore, USA, UK and Australia.

Dr. ramakant tripathi

As CFO, Ramakant is a senior Finance professional with over 29 years of progressive experience in different industries, having raised over INR 10 Bn borrowings.

He was associated with HAL, Reliance Retail. Biological E, SSEL. Vivimed Labs Ltd. He is recipient of CMA Achievers Award 2016 and CFO of the Year 2024. He is also an Independent Director in Om Infra Ltd.

A FCA, ACMA. DISA, CS (E). LLB and Doctorate in Business Administration. with multi-industry experience in the entire gamut of Finance and Accounts.

Mr. R A Raju

Chief Human Resource Officer, he has overall 42 years of experience in varied industries like Telecommunications, Oil & gas, Business Process Consulting and Strategic HR Consulting.

He specialises in People Management Processes and Organisational development & Change initiatives.

He was involved in various OD and change management programs during his employment and later as part of his own HR consulting practice.

In addition to his formal education as a Graduate in Mathematics & statistics, he attended multiple management development programs by reputed institutes throughout his career.

MR. C V Prasad

Chief Commercial Officer, he has over 38 years of experience in infrastructure sectors, including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Steel, Power, and SEZ development. He has held senior roles in strategic planning, finance, procurement, supply chain, and project execution, ensuring smooth transitions from project to operations.

Prasad contributed to major projects at NTPC, PowerGrid, Essar Steel, and Reliance, where he served for 23 years. Key projects include the Infocom rollout in AP, Navi Mumbai SEZ, Coal Bed Methane Gas in MP, and Offshore Oil & Gas fields in Kakinada, AP.

CV Prasad is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from NIT, Bhopal, Fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and also having a Diploma in Materials Management from Indian Institute of Materials Management

MR. Joe Jacob

Vice President – Feed Business, he has over 30 years of diverse experience spanning industries such as animal nutrition (Noveltech Feeds, Nutrikraft, Higain Feeds), agriculture machinery, agriculture inputs, animal vaccines, tyres, and telecom.

Academically, he is an accomplished professional with a PGDM (MBA) from IIM Ahmedabad and an Agriculture degree from Kerala Agricultural University.

His wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the growth of our Feed Business.

MR. Anilkumar Kothapalli

Assistant vice President – Consumer Business, he has over 26 years of extensive and multifaceted experience across diverse industries including Mobility, Communication, Retail, Steel, and the Gifting industry.

He has held key roles at Reliance Communications (AP & Telangana), Reliance Retail (PAN India), and Star Steel International (Gulf and Europe), driving strategic growth and market expansion.

At Reliance Retail, he led the launch of over 300 stores nationwide, while at Star Steel, he excelled as Sales Head, growing the brand’s presence across the Gulf and Europe.

With an M.Phil., BE, and MBA, Mr. Anil’s strong academic and professional background highlights his commitment to excellence and impactful leadership.

MR. Yoganand Vadari

Quality Control and Sustainability Expert, he has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and poultry sectors. As Head of Quality Control and Central Laboratory, he has established robust quality systems, advanced testing methodologies, and biosecurity measures in poultry breeder farms, significantly reducing disease outbreaks and enhancing farm efficiency.

He holds an M.S. in Biology from Western Kentucky University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Studies from the University of Hyderabad, and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Osmania University. His research includes USDA projects on animal DNA markers, genetic trait development at Genus PLC, and cloning at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, with publications in internationally recognized journals.

MR. Bhimeswara Swamy

General Manager-Internal Audit, 20 years of expertise in internal audit, risk management, compliance, and taxation. His career spans diverse industries, including manufacturing, ITES, logistics, and textiles, with proficiency in designing internal control frameworks and Risk Management.

Bhimeswara has held leadership roles across renowned organizations, such as NOKIA, SAMSUNG where he has demonstrated excellence in risk assessment, internal audit planning, and team management.

Notable achievements include developing comprehensive risk frameworks, conducting fraud investigations, and implementing effective governance practices.
