Has been associated with the company for the last 25 years and in his current leadership role is responsible for Finance, Accounts, Legal, Taxation and Asset Management. Ganesh is a Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Sridhar Adabala is the director in SH Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. and SH Proteins Pvt. Ltd., group companies of Srinivasa Farms. He heads special projects at Srinivasa and brings with him 24 years of rich experience in project operations- providing financial control and ensuring project quality. Over the last 18 years, he has provided leadership in the fields of Breeder farms, Food retail), IT Infrastructure management and construction management. Sridhar has extensive exposure to engineering, sales and marketing, CRM, legal, as well as project regulation and compliance matters. He has an MBA finance.
Chief Strategy Officer of Srinivasa Farms, Viiveck has 32+ years of work experience with well-known corporates, handling operations and strategy. He has been successful at setting up and managing profit center operations, corporate planning, setting up policies and processes in multi industry start-ups and business development. Viiveck was recognized with an award for “Best ethics in business”. Viiveck is a PGDBA (Marketing) from IMDR, Pune and an LLB in labor laws and taxation from Pune University. He is an ICF certified leadership coach and Zenger Miller frontline leadership certified trainer.

During the course of his career he has been involved in setting up plants for edible oil, consumer durables, Infrastructure-power etc. He is a mechanical engineering graduate from university of Delhi. His experience includes execution of strategy and ongoing operations, high-level strategy front-end-centre while understanding the details of day to day execution to ensure business needs are met, cost optimisation in many projects, setting up manufacturing facilities, EPC of power projects, handling difficult clients, relationship with govt authorities and managing teams.
