Responsible for implementation of Food Safety Management System(ISO 22000:2005), HACCP, Documentation Control, Audits, Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Production Line Process & Quality Control, Quality Analysis, Sanitation & Hygiene, Quality System & Standards.
- Monitoring the process activities in all areas like Food Production and packing loading and dispatch.
- Check out the quality of product during the production
- Inspect raw materials, finished and semi-finished goods with chemical and physical analysis.
- Sensory evaluate the product both Meat Products, Chicken, Eggs and Poultry feed prior processing and filling.
