Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)
The ELISA tests are specific for detecting antibodies or antigens for various diseases common in chickens. We use imported test kits from reputed manufacturers to give accurate results. The results are given in titers allowing quantitative interpretation. Tests results are reported within 2 business days of samples received at the laboratory.

Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)
A real-time polymerase chain reaction (real-time PCR), also known as Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR), is a laboratory technique of molecular biology based on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It monitors the amplification of a targeted DNA molecule during the PCR (i.e. in real-time), not at its end, as in conventional PCR. Srinivas’s Central Laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art PCR equipment. Our technicians are highly qualified and trained.

Microbiological Analysis
Hygiene monitoring of sheds and hatcheries is done on a routine basis for all the layer breeders and broiler breeders. Bacteriological studies of water and feed sample are also done frequently to check the quality and microbial load in the water and feed.
