What You’ll Do
- Lead poultry health, nutrition, and performance strategies across business verticals
- Design and implement feeding programs, ration formulations and nutritional plans
- Ensure balanced diets, optimal feed efficiency, and improved bird performance
- Monitor feed consumption and recommend adjustments to feeding regimes
- Provide technical guidance to farm teams and partner farmers
Support sales teams with nutritional solutions and customer training
- Drive research and development initiatives for new feed solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to feed ingredients and additives
What We’re Looking For
- MVSc / PhD in Animal Nutrition
- 8–10 years of experience in poultry nutrition and feed management
- Strong expertise in poultry nutrition, feed formulation, and livestock management
- Hands-on experience in feed production, quality control, and inventory systems
- Proficiency in feed formulation software (e.g., Brill Formulation or similar tools)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams across locations

Poultry Nutritionist
We are looking for an experienced Poultry Nutritionist to develop and optimize feed formulations that improve bird health, performance, and farm profitability. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent feed quality and nutrition standards across our poultry operations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimize feed formulations for broilers, layers, and breeders
- Evaluate raw materials and ensure nutritional consistency
- Monitor bird performance and recommend nutrition improvements
- Work closely with feed mill and farm teams for implementation
- Support trials, performance analysis, and cost optimization
- Provide technical guidance to farmers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Animal Nutrition / Veterinary Science / Poultry Science
- Experience in poultry feed formulation preferred
- Strong understanding of poultry nutritional requirements
- Ability to analyze performance data and recommend improvements
- Willingness to travel to farms and feed mills as required
