I joined Srinivasa on 17th October 1994, and completing 32 years with this reputed organization fills me with pride and gratitude. More than a workplace, Srinivasa has been a journey of learning, responsibility, and meaningful relationships. I’ve been fortunate to contribute across multiple functions and to work with three generations of leadership who shaped my professional growth. I sincerely thank Sri Suresh garu, Smt. Jahnavi madam, and Mr. Harsha for their trust, encouragement, and constant support. I remain deeply grateful to Srinivasa for the opportunities and respect that have defined my career.

I have been working at Srinivasa Farms for the past 35 years, and I feel happy & proud. Srinivasa Farms has always treated us like family. I still remember that during my daughter’s marriage, when I was facing financial difficulties, the Vijayawada team helped me with nearly ₹2 lakhs. I will never forget their support – it meant a lot to me and my family. I will be retiring in the next 5 to 6 months. I had the honour of working under the guidance of Shri Jagapati Rao Garu and Shri B.V. Rao Garu – both of whom patiently taught us everything. “Thank you, Srinivasa Farms, for being my second home”.

I began my journey with the Srinivasa family in 1997, and to this day, I am proud to have completed 28 years of dedicated service. I started my career as a Production Assistant at the Atkur Feed Plant, and today I proudly serve as Deputy Manager – Production at the Morsapudi Feed Plant. On the personal front, my son is a Software Engineer in the USA, and my daughter is a Healthcare Professional, also in the USA. I remain deeply grateful to Shri Dr. Somi Reddy and Shri Suresh Chitturi Sir for their constant guidance and sup- port throughout my journey.

Srinivasa in 1994 as a probationary accountant and was regularised in 1995. Beginning with manual voucher work, I grew along with the evolving accounting systems and gained experience in financial statements. Working in purchase accounts, I witnessed the company’s growth, especially in the feed division. With strong management support, my career progressed steadily, and I look back with satisfaction on 30 years at Srinivasa, grateful to the directors and colleagues.

I’ve served Srinivasa for 38 years, & my wife, Satya Bhavani for 24 years. We’re grateful to Shri Chitturi Jagapati Rao Garu for the opportunity. Srinivasa gave us stability and a future – our daughter is now a radiologist in the USA.
I’ve seen the shift from BV300 to the excellent Srinivasa Hy-Line breed – better eggshells, 34–36gm chick weight, fewer culls, and less breakage.

For the past 13 years, I have been working as Medicine Incharge, a role that has greatly enriched my career.
