Group Chairman

Sri Chitturi Jagapati Rao is a visionary and one of the pioneers who established the poultry industry in India. His dynamism and able stewardship have resulted in a steady increase in the group’s turnover and profitability consistently since 1965. Born and raised in a farmers’ family in the village Kulla of East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh, his farsightedness on the evolution of the poultry Industry bears testimony to the fact that he has envisioned a great future for India many decades ago.

Sri Jagapati Rao is on the board of the company as Chairman of Srinivasa Farms. He was instrumental in setting up the National Egg Co-ordination Committee (NECC) and served the committee in various capacities. He was associated with multiple poultry groups as a mentor and was consulted for his rich experience as a pioneer in the Industry. Sri Jagapati Rao is also a member of the International Egg Commission (IEC) based in the UK.

Vice Chairman & Managing Director

As the Vice Chairman & Managing Director,Suresh Rayadu Chitturi leads Srinivasa Farms. Under his stewardship, overlapping operations in group companies were streamlined into a synergized whole. Over 21 years of his leadership at Srinivasa Group, revenue and profits have grown significantly.

Chairman of International Egg Commission (IEC). Former Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), AP State Council (for 2 terms 2014 -2016). He has the distinction of successfully completing ‘The President’s Programme in Leadership’from Harvard Business School. His experience of being part of the Group with wide ranging interests and strong analytical, strategic and networking skills gives him the wherewithal and drive to pursue new opportunities of expanding the Group’s activities to challenging and profitable business areas.

Suresh Rayudu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, India, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School, Emory University, Atlanta, U.S.A.

Jahnavi Chitturi is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for transforming the nutrition business.

Her interest areas include empowering, fostering entrepreneurship and women leadership.

She co-founded Women Power Foods Pvt Ltd, a premium meat retail chain, catering fresh meat products to the quality and health-conscious customers.

Jahnavi is a Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Commerce from Maris Stella College, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Director

Dr. K. Somi Reddy is the Director of Srinivasa Farms. He oversees the functions and responsibilities of both poultry operations and administration.

He is also an Executive Committee Member of National Egg Coordination Committee, Pune, working for the welfare of poultry farmers. He is remarkable for his characteristic profile notwithstanding his valuable insight into the production and marketing aspects of poultry. He is the initiator of commercial poultry farming in coastal Andhra Pradesh. He holds a Master’s Degree (gold medallist) in Veterinary Science from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University, Hyderabad.

He is a distinction holder of Post Graduate Diploma in Animal Welfare (PGDAW) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi.

Harsha holds an MBA in Data analytics from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business, United States and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Clark University, United States.

Head – Poultry Business, he has over 15 years+ of distinguished experience, Senthil Kumar Krishnan spearheads innovative strategies to not only enhance the poultry business but also to forge pathways for its expansion both in India and on the global stage. His seasoned expertise, combined with a keen eye for market trends and developments, has enabled him to successfully implement strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth.

Senthil’s extensive experience spans several notable organizations, including Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd., Suguna Foods Pvt. Ltd., and Amrit Feeds. Throughout his career, he has assumed a diverse range of roles, demonstrating his versatility in areas such as strategic planning, production management, operations oversight, project coordination, supply chain optimization, sales and marketing, and business development.

Academically, Senthil Kumar Krishnan is well-equipped, holding an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur, as well as an M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from MBU. His commitment to quality and excellence is underscored by his certification as a Quality Cost Specialist from the CII Institute of Quality. Additionally, he is actively involved in the professional community as a member of the Institute of Engineers India (IEI), further reflecting his dedication to advancing the fields of engineering and business in the poultry sector.

With deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and HR operations, SRK plays a key role in strengthening people practices and supporting the long-term growth of the Srinivasa Group.

His leadership focuses on building a strong, performance-driven culture while aligning human capital strategies with the organization’s vision and values.

He has over 38 years of experience in infrastructure sectors, including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Steel, Power, and SEZ development. He has held senior roles in strategic planning, finance, procurement, supply chain, and project execution, ensuring smooth transitions from project to operations.

Prasad contributed to major projects at NTPC, PowerGrid, Essar Steel, and Reliance, where he served for 23 years. Key projects include the Infocom rollout in AP, Navi Mumbai SEZ, Coal Bed Methane Gas in MP, and Offshore Oil & Gas fields in Kakinada, AP.

Mr. Tharak Gookoori brings over 18 years of experience in Corporate Laws, Company Secretarial Affairs, and Board Advisory Services, with strong expertise in legal contract management, regulatory compliance, finance, and taxation. His professional journey spans Big Four firms, manufacturing, IT/ITES, EV, power, hospital and hospitality, poultry and farming sectors, and management consulting, enabling him to strengthen governance and compliance frameworks.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). Mr. Gookoori holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University and has completed an Advanced Diploma in Drafting, Negotiation, and Enforcement of Contracts from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
